- Where can I find my Groupon Code?
Your Groupon code is located on Groupon.com/mygroupons. Login in using your login information, click on your username at the top right. A dropdown menu should appear giving you various choices. Click My Groupons. This should list out all of your Groupons and Groupon codes.

There are a couple of reasons why your Groupon code may not work. The best way to assist you with this request is for you to verify the code.
- Do I have to buy a particular size and design?
Your Groupon's value is good for any of our Classic frames. See pricing details above. You can also use this amount towards another purchase with a greater value and pay the difference.
- Can I use more than one Groupon on an order?

- I don't have my diploma yet. What happens if the Groupon expires first?
Simply use the Contact Us option to extend the deadline.
- Can I use this offer with another code I saw?
No, only one code can be applied per order. As the Groupon offer covers the value of the finished frame, there is no need for an additional code.
- Where does the code go?
You will enter the Groupon voucher code towards the end of the ordering process. Follow the steps starting here.
- Do I mail you my Diploma?
No. We will build your diploma frame and ship it to you with instructions. Once you receive your customized diploma frame, installation of your diploma is fast and easy. No tools are necessary.
- What if I don't have my Diploma yet?
All you need to know is the correct size of your diploma to create your frame and have it ready when your diploma arrives. Check with your school registrar for the correct size information.
- I don't have a diploma to frame. Can I frame something else instead?
We offer a wide variety of frames custom designed to showcase important documents and mementos. This includes frame options for honor certificates, awards, professional credentials, portraits, school, team, military document, as well as Greek sorority and fraternity initiation certificates.
- How long does it take? When will I get my frame?

The sizes offered with the Groupon deal are the most common diploma sizes used by most universities. If your school is using a non-standard size, you can still create your frame using our Create Your Own option, located here. Simply choose the Groupon offer closest to the size of your diploma and then walk through the process and enter the correct size when asked. Enter the Groupon code at the end and pay any difference in price.
- I wanted to change a selection, but the back browser button takes me to the homepage. Do I have to start over?
If you need to make a change to your selections, simply scroll upwards. If you have used the back browser button, it will return you to the previous webpage. Simply re-enter your selections as before and follow the process through to the end.
- I like most of this package, but want to change something. Can I do that?
No changes or substitutions can be made to the packages offered.
- How do I cancel an order?
Because all of our diplomas are hand made for you, it is not possible to cancel an order. We can arrange for an exchange or credit however. Please use the Contact Us option and include your order number.
- I got my frame and something is wrong with it. What do I do now?
Damaged packages should be reported to the shipping handler as soon as possible. Use the Contact Us option on our website for all other issues with your order. Be sure to include your order number with all correspondence.
