Our craftsmen are highly trained specialists who carefully assemble and inspect every aspect of your frame and make sure that you receive a frame that you will be proud to display for years to come. Plexi We use special framing UV Plexi to block harmful UV Light rays and add extra protection to your document. UV light causes chemical reactions that, over time, fade or discolor artwork and underlying materials. UV exposure can cause paper and other materials to yellow and become brittle. Our UV Glass blocks at least 97% of the UV light rays in the 300 to 380 nanometer range. We buy glass by the ton, and leverage that volume buying to insist on the best prices and the highest quality glass that is free from defect or blemish, and lets your accomplishment shine through. Moulding The moulding is the actual frame. Our premium mouldings are typically more substantial than our classic mouldings, with additional design work or more exotic materials. Whether you choose wood, metal or another material you can rest assured that your FrameStoreDirect moulding will be the highest quality, convey a distinctive design and be custom cut and fitted to your specifications. Mats Our Premium frames feature a fabric wrapped outer mat that adds distinction and prestige to your frame. Fabric is added to a mat board to provide extra depth and texture, and to add warmth, beauty, and value to your framed artwork. The inner paper rag mats are always acid free, and colors are carefully selected to compliment the frame, your photograph and your interior style. Backing The backing on our frames is always new, clean, acid-free board. The frame is designed for you to easily be able to insert your photograph and get your piece hung straight and securely.
